UPDATE:The fan switch on the right has been replaced with variable speed slide wall control. Hampton Bay Farmington 52″ Black Ceiling Fan. My dad got me this fan on December 2009,and this fan is from The Home Depot. It didn’t came with the 4 spotlight-kit,it was from the Home Depot too. The Spotlight-kit wasn’t originally black,it was originally white,my dad and I spray-painted black after buying it ,and it’s a 3-way pull-chain for the light. It didn’t came with the tag “Farmington” that was on the fan,I just put it on the fan anyway. The Fan and light are in 2 switches (shown at the beginning), the one on the left for the light,and the one on the right for the fan. It’s got Walnut Blades on the other side (and there’s a video of it with the walnut blades).

Lasko ceiling fan at The Bridge Cafe. This fan uses a dimmer to control the speed that goes up to 230 RPMs. It blows a LOT of air. I’d say that the dimmer needs to be replaced with a single switch but since the pull chain is broken and it is so high up, it needs to be replaced with a 3/4 speed control.
